The Zimbabwe election is being fixed by the creation of thousands of voters who don't exist
Detailed evidence of how Mugabe's men have invented fictional voters to swing Saturday's election in his favour, giving them non-existent names and addresses that turn out to be barren grassland where no-one lives, was revealed today, Thursday, at an astonishing press conference in Harare.
The two main opposition candidates for the Presidency, Simba Makoni of Zanu-PF and Morgan Tsvangirai of the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) plus the other major MDC leader Arthur Mutambara, joined together to expose the fraud, pointing out that it is one example of hundreds, which together will guarantee a Mugabe victory before a single genuine vote is cast.
Then while Tsvangirai went to the High Court to launch legal moves designed to delay the polls until the frauds could be investigated, Makoni and Mutambara hinted that they might boycott the entire elections. Both also spoke in sombre tones of the possibility of a violent reaction to the situation.
Makoni himself gave details of how 8,000 Mugabe voters were conjured up out of thin air, in Hatcliffe, a suburb which is part of the Harare North constituency.
The register of voters, he pointed out, gave the 8,000 almost exactly similar addresses. The basic address given to them was Stand 10108, with five variations as follows: 10108 Hatcliffe, 10108 Kadungure Housing Co-operative, 10108 Kujeka Housing Co-operative, 10108 Imba Mukadzi, and 10108 Kwanyasha.
A visit to the Hatcliffe area had revealed these stands to be virgin grasslands, Makoni told reporters. "No-one lives there. There are no thatched houses, just grass marked with pegs and the number 10108."
One stand, consisting of 300 square metres of grass, was said to be owned by F. Mutedzi. His name on the voters' roll does not have a National I.D. number. Seventy five voters are registered at the address. The national average for such an area would be three.
Yet the non-existent voters who live in the non-existent houses at these addresses will all be casting votes on Saturday, in favour of Robert Mugabe. "It is incredible and yet absurd," Makoni commented.
He went on to say that if the fraud is widespread, then Mugabe will win the election by gaining 58 per cent of the vote, enough to avoid any electoral run-off between the two top candidates. "We believe this is a well-thought-out strategy which, if repeated throughout all 210 constituencies, will steal the election."

One more sing on the dictadorship there is in Zimbabwe a shame this people have to suffer the way they do i just hate to see them suffering.
